Concert night

Ricky picked up his guitar and looked out at the crowd.
“This one.. goes out to Angela. Angela, we’ve been through a lot, but you’ve always been there by my side. This song’s for you… it’s called ‘Love is Forever’… hey, where is she?” He looked down at an empty seat in the front row, with red tape across it with a sign that said “Reserved for Angela Reid.”
Meanwhile, across town at a similar looking venue, Angela picked up her guitar and looked out at the crowd.
“Ricky, I’m so glad to have you in my life. I wrote this song for you, and I want you to know how I feel… it’s called ‘Let Love love Love’ wait, where’s Ricky?” She looked down at an empty seat in the 2nd row, with blue tape across it with a sign that said “Reserved for Ricky Michaels.”
Suddenly, they realize how forgetful they’d been, so they ran out of their respective venues and continued playing into the street. The crowds followed. Ricky and his crowd met Angela and her crowd at about the the halfway point between the 2 venues. They played music in the streets all night long. In the morning, the crowd dispersed, and Ricky and Angela held hands and walked home.
“I thought your show was tomorrow night” they said in unison.
“No, it was tonight” they said it unison.
“Well, yea – I know that now” they said in unison.
“Can we not fight about this here?” they asked in unison.
“But seriously, how could you forget about my concert?”, they asked in unison.
“I have Alzheimer’s” they said in unison.
They walked the rest of the way home in silence.
